UCC29002: Coefficient of Thermal Expansion

Hello, I am seeking information regarding the C.T.E value for this part. I am trying to analyze thermal cycling fatigue of the solder joint and I need the C.T.E. of the part to do this. Thanks.

Packaging information is available at http://www.ti.com/support-packaging/packaging-information.html but I'm afraid it doesn't include TCE data. I'd expect that the TCE would be a composite of the TCE of the leadframe (Copper), chip and the epoxy.
