Hi team,

I'm just looking for PMIC for AM335X and I found TPS65217 and TPS65910. Let me ask a quick question.

Can TPS65217 and TPS65910 support power supply for DDR3L?

In addition to the questions above, could you tell me any ref designs used AM335X and TPS65217 with DDR3L if there are?

I want to refer its schematic and PCB design.

Hi,

Yes, the TPS65217D can support the power supply for DDR3L (1.35V). Reference: Section 5 of TPS6517 datasheet.

This is also represented in the following user's guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu551i/slvu551i.pdf

You may also use TPS65218D0, which can also support DDR3L.
