hi TI,
our one key customer meet TPS54360 design EMC and EMI issue.
attached file is including of schematic and PCB and EMC and EMI test report.
condition1 :file is haven't change any design test on the DC supplier is 12V and 24V,EMC RE is pass,EMI CE is failed,details data pls refer attached file.
C107 = 0.22uF/250V/1210, L102 = 8.2uH(8040 Coil Inductor), L101 = 8.2uH(8040 Coil Inductor)
condition2 :change to C107 = 10uF/250V/1210, L102 = 100uH(8040 Coil Inductor), L101 = 22uH(0630 Molded Power Inductor) test on the 12v and 24V power input, result is EMC RE is failed,EMI CE is pass.
and also make another test is disconnect RF device and disable charge (design have BQ24296M), they can make sure this radiation intensity is focus on the TPS54360.
customer is preparing process Mass product on the end of June 2019, pls help to find some idea to improve this issue.
