TPS92692: Modify TPS92692EVM for Vout 15V/1A

If you read section 9.1.7 (page 31) of the data sheet.  ILED = VIADJ/(14*RCS) and ILED = .  VIADJ equals to 1.5V with J5 pin 1 and 2 connected (voltage divider from 5V Vref).  So substituting 1.5V into the ILED equation for ILED of 1A it works out that RCS = 0.107 Ohm.  You can use 0.1 Ohm and change R21 to 28K you will get the exact 1A.

J5 connects pin1-2 is correct

J7 connect to Pin 2-3 but with VBAT2 not being present the TPS92692 will do internal PWM'ing of the output current.  If you want to run continuous DC current on the LED then you would need to have VBAT2 present or remove R25
