LMZ21701: Find Date Codes

TI resellers ask for date code on the component to organise the RMA for FA purposes, please TI solve this mess, we need to organise the FA to you on the LMZ, they keep failing.

Can you provide the unit top images for all three of the date codes that you've provided? The first and third date-code are not valid. The second listed date code (767HYQ) is made in June 2017.

For the FA process, I believe you can just take clear images of the three date-codes and have that attached in the FA request for reference. This should help speeds up the FA process and require less documentation work.

Hi Frederic,

Thank you for sending the top unit images. I could not see much for the devices with burnt date codes. However I was able to make out "767HYQ" and "7ADFFQ". Respectively, this would correlate to a date code of June 2017 and October 2017.

If you haven't already done so, for additional failing boards I would recommend filling out a TI FA request and send in some failing boards for TI team testing and analysis. There will be a guideline table and a link to the return request submission form.
