Hello. Please tell me how I can connect in series two batteries based on the BQ4050 so that they do not consider each other as an improperly connected charger after the protection has been triggered, for example, by charge or discharge, and at the same time leave the protection from non-polar connection to the charger ?

The connection is 1N to cell1-(1P), cell1+ and cell2- together(2P), then short 2P, 3P, and 4P.

Oh, no, no, no) I know that. I meant that I already have two battery packs based on the BQ4050 chip, each with four cells connected in series. Can I connect these battery packs in series in one battery pack?

No, the design is not stackable. You need a proper ground. What you are talking about is making a 4s config from 2 2s packs. Instead of that I'd suggest using 1 stack of 4s pack with 1 gauge.

No, that is exactly what doesn't work, this design stacks gauges and the bq4050 doesn't work in such a design.
