My customer has now configured the PD circuit with the TPS2373-4 + LM5025.

There was a problem of not operating at initial startup.

We added 100 OHM between the PD PIN of the TPS2373-4 and the SS PIN of the LM5025.

Do you know why? In the EV board, this part is 0 Ohm.

Hi Kim,

When PG goes LOW, it will steal only uA from the PWM controllers ss current which the internal PG FET can handle. When PG is HIGH, the behavior will be the same if there was a resistor or 0 ohms.
