Hi,

I am trying to generate design with 48V in and 12V@170A out requirement

(only current is higher compare to LM56036EVM)

But WEBENCH is giving error.....

All inputs are within limits... then why there is error.

Is it problem with webench tool or it is invalid input because of some other parameter?

Hi Mangesh,

The webench has a limit of 1kW for a half bridge design which we can change but we would expect 1kW designs to be supported by full bridge designs using the UCC28951 for example.

At 170A 12V, a full bridge with current doubler output or full bridge secondary may be a better option ?
