Hi,
I want to use a FemtoFET (CSD13385F5) in a SMPS design for dynamic voltage control.
I can't use this part without siulating it first, and so I need an unencrypted Spice model for LTSpice. Is there any way I can get this?
Best regards,
- Bren

Hi Brendan,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. We do not publish unencrypted models on public websites. I will send you a friend request and as soon as you accept it, I can send you the unencrypted model via private message.
Hi Brendan,
I just sent you the unencrypted model via private message. I am going to close out this thread. Please contact me if you have any additional questions.
Hi Brendan,
That's strange. I'm not very familiar with LT Spice. I opened the .lib file I sent to you using WordPad and it looks correct. It's definitely the model for the CSD13585F5. Can you check the LT Spice documentation to confirm the process for including this model? I've had other customer successfully use unencrypted models with LT Spice.
John
