Requirements are as follows:

1. Low power consumption. The quiescent current is as low as possible because it is battery powered;

2. Input voltage 2V~5.5V, output voltage 3.3V, output maximum current 0.35A;

3. I found the TPS63031 quiescent current is 25μA, I feel not low enough.

Hi Sun,

That is about the lowest Iq from our devices at the moment. There is also the TPS63802 with Iq=11 μA, however this device is still in preview stage. Production release is planned for 4Q19, would this timeline suit you?

The time is a bit late. Let's use the TPS63031 first.
Is the TPS63802 and TPS63031 package pin-to-pin compatible?

Hi Rengui,

The TPS63031 is a good choice for your specifications. The TPS63802 is not pin to pin compatible with TPS63031. Beside, the TPS63802 does not have a fixed output voltage version, and it also uses a smaller 0.47 μH inductor.
