From the datasheet, we can see the recommend TA max is 85°C, how we get the value, In my opinion, we will get the value based on the TJ. So we can use it above 85°, even 95°, if the TJ not trigger 150°, right? THANKS.

You're correct.
You have to be careful about the power dissipated by the device. If you have a ballpark figure on the power dissipated, you can calculate the maximum possible ambient temperature using the thermal resistance and the max permissible junction temperature provided in the datasheet.

The absolute maximum junction temperature is 150 C. The maximum recommended junction temperature is 125 C.
