hi,
we have a situation with BQ24295 (return from the field).
sometimes under low battery voltage condition (aprox 3.3V), the BQ24295 switches off the Q4 FET (voltage at SYS pin is 0.3V).
Moreover, there is no reaction to USB cable insertion.
After disconnecting and reconnecting battery everything is working as expected, at least for some time.
We still could not reproduce problem in the lab (still trying).
What might be a potential root cause?
what we should look at?
In the attachment you can find register states.
We wonder if we could have accidently changed highlighted register states, that are undocumented (there is no information about them in datasheet).
