Ans:Why change to 5.0SMDJ60A? is SMD or SMB different or Voltage different? if needed to change,  can we change to 5.0SMDJ58A?

I recommend to use LM5066x instead of LM5069 even if PMBus is not needed for your design. LM5069 current limit threshold is 55mV means 2x more power loss in sense resistor than in LM5066x which has current limit threshold of 25mV.
