Hi Amit,
The BQ76940 does not have a communication interface for one device to talk to another. The host must talk to each device through an I2C level translation method and FET outputs and other signaling must be generated at the local voltage reference and combined as needed. See an example at TIDA-01093 The same idea should work for a BQ76940 and BQ76920 or 2 BQ76940s. Be sure to meet the minimum cell count for each BQ769x0 device and select appropriate circuits and components for the design.
