  • Hello SATHISHKUMAR,

I encourage you to use WEBENCH POWER DESIGNER for your power supplyhttps://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator   .

From the parameters you specified, WEBENCH generated 2 designs for a 24VOUT/15A supply.  Based on what are most important criteria for this design, you can then sort the choices, compare topologies and parameters, selecting the design that best meets your needs. For example, if pcb space is a concern, you can sort the designs by Smallest Footprint.

Unfortunately, using WEBENCH, we can only get to 432W (18A), not the full 500W you stated.  In that light, here is another resource you can use to search for a suitable design, given the 500W (21A) is a requirement.  We have a portfolio of Reference Designs, start here to search and input the parameters TI Power Reference Designs : http://www.ti.com/power-management/reference-designs.html#search?famid=64 .  Using the parameters you specified and max of 500W, there is one Ref Design:

    TIDA-010015.1 - 94.5% Efficiency, 500W industrial AC-DC reference design

    Industrial

    Power delivery

    Medical PSU

    Industrial Power

    85 265 Isolated AC 24 21 504

    Boost- Transition Mode

    Half Bridge- LLC

Changing the parameters (such as IOUT MAX) will show additional designs, you can modify this per your requirements.

If, after this process, you have additional questions, you can post a new E2E thread based on the device and topology you have selected.

And if everything is clear and you find the design best suited for your product, please Reply here and let us know by clicked "Resolved".

    Regards,

    ~Leonard
