Hi Chun,
Calculations shows that your are trying to run the regulator at about 500Khz switching frequency. You did not give rD (led dynamic resistance) but from your values it give rD of about 0.3 Ohm and this is reasonable. If this is not the case then you need to follow equation 22 in the data sheet to calculate Cout.
You did not specified the input voltage tolerance but this can change some of the design parameters so you might want to re-do the calculations with you input tolerance if it varies greatly from 24V.
The other comment I want to make is that the input filter of only 2.2uF is quite low depending on your input ripple requirement. In general, I would have at 47uF to 100uF since you are driving 9A. Please see example in the data sheet.
