TINA/Spice/LM5050-1: Off pin is not functioning as per specs in TINA

Part Number: LM5050-1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello,

I am enabling the OFF pin of LM5050-1 from an FPGA whose I/O voltage level is 1.8V.

Now as per the datasheet, Threshold for OFF pin is 1.75V. I am trying to simulate the circuit in TINA but Off pin is not responding at (any voltage between 0 and 5V).

Even after applying 5V to off pin, mosfet is still on. Can you please check this?

Regards

Vishal
