I would like to ask a few question regarding the dimensional tolerance of TPS22965QWDSGRQ1 component from TPS22965-Q1series.

1. Page 28 of TPS22965-Q1 datasheet shwos that the package outine of the TPS22965-Q1series component. What I would like to askis does the PIN 1 ID(OPTIONAL) applicable to TPS22965QWDSGRQ1 component?

2. If the PIN 1 ID (OPTIONAL) does applicable to TPS22965QWDSGRQ1, can I have the C cut dimensional measurement of TPS22965QWDSGRQ1?

The C Cut dimension is in fact applicable to the TPS22965QWDSGRQ1.

The datasheet does not contain this dimension, but I am actively working on seeing if we can get that answer to you.

I would like to ask, why would you like to know the dimension of this cut?

If your concern is a land pattern that matches, you can refer to page 29 of the datasheet where you can find recommended dimensions for the land pattern. If this is a different concern, this could be helpful for us to know for future datasheet improvements.

Thank you for your response regarding the dimension of TPS22965QWDSGRQ1.

From my understanding, we can refer and apply the land pattern shown in the page 29 of the TPS22965-Q1 datasheet although C cut dimension does applied on TPS22965QWDSGRQ1.

Does the statement above true to your response?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Hasif,

That is correct. Even though the part does contain the C dimensional cut TI does recommend the land pattern shown in page 29.

Just one more question regarding the TPS22965-Q1, can I have the exact value of the C dimensional cut of TPS22965QWDSGRQ1?

The main reason is we want to design the land pattern on the board to the exact specification of the component`s pad.

Hi Hasif,

The base and height of the cut is 0.25mm. This makes the C dimensional cut .3536mm.
