When the box is opened, the chip inside has been burned off. The working voltage is 3.3v. The goods need to be replaced and the engineer needs to confirm.

Hi,

It is extremely unlikely that the MSP would have issues that wouldn't have been caught in production. Unfortunately, TI doesn't provide warranties for the comm master. This is a low power device and the uc wouldn't be damaged unless there's an accidental short after the package was opened. Please contact your local distributor if you need help.
