BQ25896: Problem reading register 0x12 - ADC charge current

Hi. We are using the BQ25896 and am reading in all the registers to get the charge status.

All the ADC voltages are being read ok in 1s mode apart from charge current (REG12). It is always zero?

All voltages look good, charge status all looks good, fast charging ok.

Any ideas why current measurement would not work?

What are your test conditions such as VBUS, VBAT/IBAT, VSYS, ISYS etc?

Hi Ning,

I have resolved the issue thanks. The input source was the issue, and the BQ25896 reports as in fast charge mode even if 0 current is flowing, so I assumed it was charging ok.
