Hi,
Does following "Diode" mean that the voltage drops during VIN and VOUT?
I'm afraid that switching state ON/OFF repeat at no load in RCB configuration as below picture.

Hi Kuramochi-san,
This will not happen in the RCB configuration due to the turn on threshold for the device. In this case, VCE must be greater than VIN, and with the device turned on, the output will not rise above the input (VIN). Therefore, the device will stay on when VIN=VOUT=VCE rather than turn off.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
