TPS40200: no output pulse from GDRV

Hello E2E,

Our customer is using TPS40200 on their product. This power supply circuit has stopped working at end-customer's equipment.

Vin 24V
Vout 12V
Iout 5A(avg)

All pins have indicate the normally diode responce on between GND. (-> Not a failure due to EOS.)
GDRV pin not output pulse.

If TI know any cause, please let me know it.

Hi,

Do you see any other voltages on other pins such as Soft-Start or COMP pin?

Have you try A to B to A IC swap with known good board?

Normally we also try to test the failed ICs with our EVM just as a double check
