TPS62130: SW pin absolute maxing rating

Hi Sir,

My customer have question SW pin voltage strength, form datasheet 7.1 found SW specification is Vin+0.3V, this mean if vin=3V SW strength is 3.3V, Vin =17V SW strength is 17.3V.

Because TPS62310 suggest Vin range 3~17V, why don't direct definition 17.3V,

Can you provide SW pin maxing rating voltage to me reference?

Hi Jericho,

Please make sure the customer reads that app note carefully because it explains why the SW pin would have values more than the absolute maximum. It is generally okay to briefly be a little above the threshold because the absolute max values refers to DC voltage and not for small values that happens during the short transition phase of the SW node.
