Hello,

I would like to be informed about the circumstances that are needed in order a successful learning cycle to be achieved (MaxError = 100% --> MaxError = 2%).

Is there any document that describes this process ?

    The bq3050 is a CEDV gauge. For this, you first need to characterize the cell using GPCCEDV. Then you enter those parameters in the gauge flash and then reset teh gauge. Following that, fully discharge your battery and relax for 5 hours. After that chg your battery, relax for 2.1 hours, then dsg your battery at a C/2 or C/5 rate until Term V - 200mV is reached. At EDV2, your FCC will be updated, at the end of your cycle your MaxError will decrease.
