BQ76930: BQ76930 ADC sampling is not update

We use two bq76930 stack, the first sampling upper 10S, the other sampling lower 10S. The lower device communication with MCU directly, the upper device communication with MCU through I2C isolator. It appear issue as below: The upper device read out data is ok, but the lower device read out date is not update.

Hi,

Are you using the 20s TI reference design for this project (http://www.ti.com/tool/tida-01093)? If the lower device is not reading data, the first step would be to check the voltages on different device power pins and outputs to see if they are reading as expected (CAP1, CAP2, REGOUT, VC5X, BAT, VC10).

If you are not able to find any issue when checking the voltages and connections, please send us your schematic and we can see if we can find anything that might help explain the issue you are observing.
