LM5116: VCC to VCCX swichover time

Hi,
Do you have data about the switchover time it takes LM5116 to switch from VCC to VCCX supply?
And a plot showing VCCx during the event of switchover when using a resistor from Vout to VCCX pin?

I have a case in which an LDO is used for VCCX supply and LM5116 is toggling between VCC and VCCX supply preventing proper output regulation. With higher capacitance at VCCX (= LDO output), situation improves but need to verify the design is sufficient robust.

Hi,

I dont see in the datasheet this parameter being specified, Therefore they might not be tested in our ATE system.

I would suggest using an EVM to see what is the transition time.

Also when you say the LM5116 toggles between VCC and VCCX, is the value of VCCX is close to VCC? What happened if you bring the VCCX voltage a little higher, is the toggling dissapear?
