Question:

1.When use BQ34110EVM(Just power on,not connect the load), Battery status bit7(sleep) is red. I test the power supply consume is about 500uA. But I see in the datasheet is about 10uA. Is there any setting need to do?

2.When set power supply (reverse 12V/10mA),the power will limited to 1.5V/10mA.So is there any additional circuit to protect the reverse voltage damage?

1. If you are scanning and have the i2c bus communicating, the power consumption will be high. I suggest that you enable the sleep bit if it's reset in the Operation Config A register.

i set the sleep pin in red and green,but the demo board consume is always 1mA.So i do not know why.

Please recalibrate the board to remove the offset. If you are using comms and scanning registers, and if the i2c pins are pulled high instead of floating you will have a higher current consumption.
