Hi Consultant,

For bq40z697-R0,

If we set RSOC_CONV = 1, and this model already MP and shipout to end user.

Could you please help to reply its any of all method can let battery recover to normal status from FCC lower and minus RM at end user side?

Like : fully charge/fully discharge...etc.

    Hi Schular,

    If you set RSOC_CONV to 1 then you will enable fast scaling which will esimate capacity every 30 seconds and update RM, FCC accordingly. However, only a full relax and learn can increase your FCC to true values.
