UCC25702: Destribution data of switching frequemcy

Now my customer would like to know the distribution including the temperature characteristic of Switching frequency.

Can you send the distribution data for the following Fsw parameter specified on the datasheet?

Fsw parameter specified on datasheet:

-Test Conditions: VFF = 0.8V to 3.2V

-Spec value: min90kHz/ typ100kHz/ max110kHz

Hi Hidekazu,

This is a very old device, we are sorry that we couldn't provide the original testing data.

From the datasheet, Oscillator frequency has a 10% precision. And its correlation with temperature please refer to Figure 4 in the datasheet.

By the way,

I understand that that frequency spec(100kHz+/-10% precision) includes the variations in the recommended temperature range. Is that correct?

Hi Hidekazu,

Yes, Electrical Characteristics are tested under recommended operating temperature range.
