I search the devices or reference design to be able to meet the following spec.
Are there the reference design to meet them?

Yokota-san,

The max input voltage of the LM5146-Q1 is 100V. Maybe it's possible to use a TVS to clamp the load dump transient overvoltage, particularly if the duration is short.
