I want to design 48VDC to 320Vdc for 600w .

which ASIC IC i can used from TI please let me know

Do you know which topology you would like to use? If you don't we recommend that you use power stage designer http://www.ti.com/tool/POWERSTAGE-DESIGNER to understand what the trade offs are between different topologies so you can make an informed decision.

We would recommend either a flyback which can be controlled with UCC28C45 or an active clamp forward that can be controlled with UCC2897A.

Thanks Eric,

I will push pull topology for boost conversion.

previously I was using SG3525 for push pull, but now I would like to use latest ASIC IC for same application

Is there any latest IC which I can use?

For the operating conditions you specified we recommend UCC28083.
