    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    What protection features are you looking for, specifically? The TPS22968-Q1 has controlled slew rate and QOD. However, if you're looking for current limit or overvoltage protection, then the TPS22968-Q1 does not have these features. 

    If these protection features are required, would a device such as the TPS25940-Q1 work here?
