    Hi Yue TANG,

Thanks for the inquiry. The IPD60N10S4L-12 is in a TO-252 (DPAK) package. TI does not make any FETs in this package. Some alternatives to consider:

    • CSD19533Q5A in 5x6mm SON package
    • CSD19533KCS in in TO220 package
    • CSD19537Q3 in 3x3mm SON package

Please review and let me know if you have any questions.
