TPS2595: Reverse blocking

Hello,

It looks TPS2595 doesn't have reverse blocking feature, is it correct?
If yes, do you have any good alternative which has reverse blocking? (The expected max voltage is 7V.)

Hi Sawamoto,

Yes, TPS2595 does not have reverse current blocking feature.

To realize this feature, there should be a back-to-back FET as in TPS25942 and TPS25944. These two parts are good options for you to consider.
