LM46002: operating quiescent current (switching) with junction temperature offset

Hi Sir,

My customer have question for quiescent current on switching, i don't find data on datasheet only find shutdown current with junction temperature as below. can you help provide when switching active of no load status quiescent offset form junction temperature.

Hi Jericho,

The operating current when switching is given in the EC table of the datasheet as 27uA (typical). This will likely increase somewhat at hot.

Here is also a typical graph (Figure 32 in the datasheet) showing Iq switching across input voltage at no load.

Thank you feedback, but I want get IQ VS thermal relation chart. Do you have data can provide to us? Similar shutdown current vs temperature relation chart you can refer to datasheet figure 26 .

Hi Jericho,

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, the engineer could not find any characterization data for Iq over temperature. Usually if it is a typical specification on the data sheet the only test will only be done at room.
