My device was sealed therefore I clicked SEAL button. I try unseal it by click both UNSEAL button and UNSEAL_FULL_ACCESS but my device is still seal although I didn't change any key and it is normal before.

So how to unseal my device? Thank you.

I'm from Vietnamese.

Hi Dat

Clicking the unseal command button should unseal the gauge if the unseal codes hasn't been change. That is your only options at this time

Thanks for your response.

I certainly did not change unseal code and I had to try unseal command button but nothing changed.

I see my unseal code in golden file and it is still default value, UNSEAL is 0x36720414 and UNSEAL_FULL_ACCESS is 0xFFFFFFFF.

So what should I do next?

Hi Dat,

Can you send a screen shot of your bqstudio registers screen.? What version of bqstudio are you using? Are you using an ev2300 or ev2400
