TPS43333 has two outputs, namely VBUCK A and VBUCK B,it's a controller.
What I want to know is whether I can output more power if I increase the power of MOS, and output 5V5A in both ways

Yes you can. You could go up to 10A on each rail as long as you select Mosfets with low gate capacitance. Make sure you scale the inductor, output capacitors and the shunt resistor for the appropriate current.
Remember this is a current mode controller, so you need to allow enough current margin for noise and current spikes. This is not a current limit circuit like in a voltage mode controller. It checks for over current on a pulse by pulse basis, so you are looking for a short or high inrush current during each pulse.
Use the excel worksheet that is found under the TPS43330 family in www.ti.com.
