TPS63802: Vout Short protection behavior

Hi team,

My customer wants to know the behavior when the Vout is shorted to GND.

Is the Vout latched off or the current limited to the current limit value Ipk shown in Electrical characteristics?

    Saito-san,

    TPS63802 does not latch off the output when shorted. The current is limited to the limit value Ipk. When the device gets hot the over temperature protection shuts down the device until the temperature falls. Then the device starts again.
