Reset IC and propagation detect delay for VDD falling below VIT

We are looking for reset IC under the following conditions.

  VDD=~5V

  threshold voltage=2~3V

 Delay time=adjustable

We find TPS3840.

But we are concerned about propagation detect delay for VDD falling below VIT in datasheet p.6.

(typ 15µS and max 30µS)

This time is very long for our customer.

Do you know the recommended reset IC that propagation detect delay for VDD falling below VIT is more shorter.

(the shorter the better)
