Dear all,

Our customer would like to know about DSBGA package of BQ27520.

When I searched for data, I found the following data about BGA.

Are there any documents written about DSBGA mentioned above?

In addition, the cross section of the BGA (the following figure) was listed in the above link material. Is there a cross section of the DSBGA?
