TPS3813-Q1: Failure modes and fit values

Dear Mrs. or Mr.,

in our system we use the component TPS3813K33QDBVRQ1 (TPS3813-Q1).
Our system has to comply with ISO 26262, so it is necessary to calculate different hardware metrics.
For the calculation of the hardware metrics and analysis we need the following information about the components:

- FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Analysis)
- Possible error modes of the component (e.g. short circuit between pin, resistive drift…)
- The failure rate of the component (FIT values)

I would be grateful if you could help me with the analysis and provide me with the necessary documents.
