Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Dear Team,
Why the current here will limit at 5A?
Besides, I am looking for below solution. Do you have suitable reference design?
48V==>12V(40W) Flyback
48V==>5V(40W) Flyback
48V==>3.3V(40W) Flyback

Hi Kevin,
The 5A is mainly the limit of power dissipation for the diode rectifier, or you may end up with thermal issues. For higher power, you should consider sync FET. There are different ways to implement the sync FET, and you may refer to the following example:

You can change the controller to LM5022.
Thanks,
