Hi Mohamad,

The G3 is an indication of Green (RoHS & no Sb/Br) compliance, that was used > 10 years ago.  The G3 suffix was created to help customers identify RoHS compliant devices while RoHS conversions were occurring. Today all TL1963A devices are RoHS compliant so there is no longer a difference between the G3 and non-G3 devices.
