Hi Experts,

I found there is a pulse when supply voltage V33A build up,it's only happened at AD02 , can you tell me why? thanks.

Does it have any side effects?

which UCD device did you use? do you have any circuit connect to AD02?

UCD3138RGCR 64pin,thx!

Tested on open loop board.no external circuit with AD02 pin.

AD02 is normally used for current sharing, there might be some internal circuit initialization during power up which cause this voltage spike. However, this happen at the very beginning of power up, the CPU is not running yet, it should not cause any problem.
