I have concerns on the EN resistor of R2=169k and R3=4.7k, which leads to a 45.3Vstart and 40.5Vstop. Please change it to R2=162k and R3=14.3k to get a 15Vstart and 13Vstop.

R6 is just for the measurement of loop gain, and it can be removed if no plan to measure it.

Also, please clarify the type or part number of output capacitors. Ceramic or electrolytic capacitor?

If they want to use  3*22uF electrolytic caps, I recommend to remove R9 and C6.

For C1/C100 100uF caps, is there any spec requirement on the output/input voltage?

No till now. As for the UVLO cal, for 15V/13V settings, I calculated the upper res is 373k and lower res is 31.9k.
