LM5088: HG pin status before starting the operation

Hi Experts,

We want to know if HG pin which controls n-ch MOSFET has a chance to be a floating state before starting the operation. For example, when VIN is active and EN pin is low, is HG pin fixed to any state?

If VIN is active and EN is low, then HG will be held in the low state to ensure the FET is off.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

When VIN is increasing from 0 V to the min of the recommended operating condition (4.5V), can we think HG is also in the low state?
