What is the capability of the charge/discharge FET drivers? My client's high-side disconnect board uses 5 AUIRF7739L2 mosfets in parallel: 330nC max x 5 ~= 1650nC, or about 165nF @Vgs = 10V. I'm looking at using the bq76200 to drive them, but would prefer to use the 920's low-side drivers if that were possible. The datasheet only lists turn on/off times for a 10nF load. I'm guessing it cannot turn on these FET's.
