REF34-Q1: Comparison of Long term stability

Part Number: REF34-Q1

Hi Team,

My customer is asking question about long term stability of REF34-Q1.

In REF34-Q1, it is described long term stability as 25ppm@1000hr, but other suppliers device shows its spec as ppm/sqrt(kHr).

Just to compare, what value "25ppm@1000hr" would be if it's expressed in "ppm/sqrt(kHr)"?

Thanks and best regards,

Nobuo Fujihara

  • HI Nobuo

  • Hi Nobuo

LTD profile of Ref34XX  saturates with time. We can't fit it in quadratic equation. If you see the electrical table for REF34 -

For first 1000 hours Drift is 25ppm. For next 1000 hours it is 10 ppm. Most of it is cumming because of fluctuation but the LTD profile is almost saturated.

You can say that after for first 1000 hours it will be 25ppm for next 1000 hours it will be 10 ppm and after that it will be flat if customer is budgeting noise separately.

    Regards
