Will the output voltage be at VCC-VCE (VSUS)?

I guess you may want to know the output current vs. output voltage curves, is it right?

If so, you can refer to this figure in TLC5923 datasheet

1, the channel IO has no ability to output 200mA, please refer to the datasheet.

2, what is the VL meaning? LED's VF is the forward voltage of the LED, generally the value is from 1.8V to 3V, so the supply voltage for the LED will be among 2.8V~4V
