GPCCHEM: Bqstudio can not find chem ID

As the picture show, the best Chem ID is 2487, but I can not find it in bqstudio.

And how can I do for these issue?

Are you using the latest chem updater? Chem ID database updates can be found here,

Hi Batt, I have been update the last Chem ID. And I can not find it in Chem ID list.

Hi Skate,

Please update using the zip file from here, http://www.ti.com/tool/GASGAUGECHEM-SW. Open bqstudio and then click on help, update chemistry, select cancel and update from the downloaded file, I do see ID 2487 there.
